Photographer and writer, John Van Horn, is currently working on a photo study of the Port of Savannah and the commercial water traffic on the Savannah River. The study includes the huge container ships as well as the humble shrimp boats that share this waterway.
John intends to turn this photo study into a high-quality photographic anthology. In preparation he is creating a series of four workbooks to share his photographs and experiences as well as the process by which he will reach a certain point in the Port’s timeline.
This Workbook No. 1 is a ninety-six page soft cover book printed on beautiful 80# Explorer Silk paper. The printing process is offset lithography using a Heidelberg SM102 press. The printing is limited to five hundred copies and each copy is numbered and signed.
